Trapster Moderator on CBC Radio

Google Buzz

Just recently one of our very own Trapster moderators, Ken Murray, was on CBC Radio in Victoria, Canada. And guess what he was talking about? Trapster of course!

Mr. Murray, an auto parts delivery driver by day, always uses Trapster when working. He says he’s not a big speeder but Trapster keeps him check. Since Mr. Murray logs so many miles, he says its easy for his speed to creep up without notice. But when he hears the voice of Trapster warning him about an upcoming speed trap, he instantly checks his speed.

Here is the CBC radio clip of Ken Murray talking about Trapster:

We want to give a big THANK YOU to Mr. Murray for his love of Trapster and going on CBC radio to spread the word!

Trapster Moderators

As I mentioned above, Mr. Murray is a Trapster moderator. Are you wondering what a Trapster moderator is and how you can become one?

Moderators are people who use Trapster frequently and are interested in helping to keep Trapster accurate and informative. Our moderators help in so many different areas, here are just a few:

1. Accurately and frequently reporting and voting on traps either via our website, 1800#, or their smart phone.
2. Reporting users who are abusing the system by using the “Report Abuse” form.
3. Interacting (ex: suggestions, comments, spreading the word) on our Trapster forum, blog, facebook, and / or twitter pages.

We have over a two dozen moderators already, but would like to eventually have people all over the world in all major cities. Being a moderator is a very important and sometimes timely job. We hold all our moderators to a superior level of service and support with the expectation they will always do what’s best for Trapster and it’s user without abuse.

Trapster has over a million users and growing everyday. We are very excited and think you would have fun being apart of our growing online community. If you are interested in applying to be a Trapster moderator and think you already exhibit some of the traits above, please fill out our Moderator Request Form and someone will contact you.

I think it gives more to the personality when it comes to doing the job, that's why I prefer. Anyhow this is still a problem at job canada
