Trapster for Nokia Update Now Available!

We are proud to announce an update is now available! Below is an overview of all the new features added to the Nokia version of Trapster.

The coolest new feature is definitely the sound themes. Nothing beats Austin Powers alerting “Ohhhh, it’s a red light camera”.

Now lets go over all the exciting new features:

  • Dynamic Virtual Radar(R)

    • Narrows and elongates based on the speed and direction of travel.

  • Sound Themes

    • Click to play samples on the image above. Alerts also available in Spanish, German, and French.

  • Real Time Traffic

    • Get the latest real time traffic, right on the trapmap.

  • Manual Location Setting

    • No GPS or blocked? Type in your zip code to see traps in your area.

      Updated to v3.6.2 on my Nokia 5800, WON'T lock-on to my Gps Position.?
      Bluetooth Gps = ON, Assisted Gps = ON, Intergrated Gps = ON, Network Based = ON

      It helps to know *which* mbl ph it is working on, & why your happy.!

      I too have a nokia 5800, and the app won't make it past the white screen with the police car logo on it

      I have a N97 mini seems like it works fine showing cameras in local area, but doesn't it download maps over gprs, why couldn't it use the built in nokia map files as this would save on 3g cost of map download as well as camera location charges.

      If I am wrong as to the use of mapping, I am sorry but it loads maps as if over gprs, quite slow !

      Great shame it can't use nokia maps and as payg customers we can't use this app for long periods as it'll cost to much. Its a good app but i'll have to look for another app as map downloads are pointless when we have the map data already on the phone, If you could set a start and end point and update over wifi before leaving and just download the warnings on route it might be a better solution.

      Good luck and hope this app changes soon :-(
