Trapster is Supersized on iPad

Google Buzz

Our iPhone app has been supersized! The iPad version has all of the features of the iPhone version including Patrol and Caravan. The large display shows you a clean crisp trapmap, so you can easily spot known enforcement points and cameras in your area.

Look & Feel

Navigating around the trapmap feels very spacious. It is also nice to be able to view trap detail screens, recent traps, and settings without leaving the trapmap.

You can tap on a trap to get the details of when it was entered, who entered it, and the exact location, all without losing view of the trapmap. This is perfect for co-pilots while you are busy watching the road ahead.

Easy Stalking

Trapster’s Caravan feature shines on the iPad. You can easily see your whole city, and your buddies locations in real time.

Driving with the iPad

We have been unable to test out the iPad while driving since the 3g version has not been released. But we have noticed some iPad car mounts already on the market.

Check out the first iPad installed into a vehicle’s dash!

We would love to read your review of the app on the iPad, so please post your thoughts on our facebook fan page, or review us on iTunes. For more on Trapster for the iPad, check out our main site’s overview. If you have any questions, please visit our support forum.

So, when is Trapster going to create a standalone unit that “speak” to satellites (birds) and tells us instantly where the traps are (interactive), sorta like it does now with IPhone or Blackberry, BUT more like a radar detector? We can push a button for “hot spots” and it'll send that info to the satellite instantly and then DOWN to all the Trapster units being used???

Sounds like our very first version of Trapster. Using mobile phones will get a lot more people to use the system, especially since Trapster is free.

If you have any more suggestions, please feel free to post them here: http://getsatisfaction.com/trapster

    Thanks,
