Participate in Trapster Research Study

The Trapster team is conducting an in-depth research study with people in the Chicago area who have recently signed up with Trapster. The goal of our project is to improve the design and experience of Trapster.com. Participants in the study will be compensated for their time.

Our team will be in the Chicago area on January 5, 6 and 8, and the research interview will last no longer than 3 hours. Our research team will meet with you for about 3 hours and have you tell us how you found out about Trapster and how you’ve used it so far. We’ll even take a short drive with you so we can see Trapster working in action!

If you’re a new Trapster user in the Chicago area and would like to participate, please email stefanie@trapster.com with a phone number where you can be reached. We’ll need to ask you a few questions and share more details about the study.

We’re extremely excited to hear what you think as a new Trapster user!

We hope you had a wonderful holiday season, and we’re looking forward to hearing from you!

Trapster Moderators Visit Chicago

I usually interact with the mods via skype, email, twitter, facebook, and our forums, so it was a delight to finally meet a few of them with a handshake and smile.

The premise for our meeting was to have them show our Chicago team how they moderate Trapster. The data and information we collected is being used to update and redesign our Trapster moderating tools. Very exciting stuff! Read the rest of this entry »
