Trapster Moderators Visit Chicago

Last week, I had the opportunity to bring three Trapster Moderators together at our headquarters in Chicago, IL. This was the first time I’d met any of our 500 Trapster mods face to face. I usually interact with the mods via skype, email, twitter, facebook, and our forums, so it was a delight to finally meet a few of them with a handshake and smile.

The premise for our meeting was to have them show our Chicago team how they moderate Trapster. The data and information we collected is being used to update and redesign our Trapster moderating tools. Very exciting stuff! Read the rest of this entry »
