Free Downloadable Trapster Backgrounds

I was playing with my iPhone today and thought, I want a cool new background. Then I thought, I want a cool new Trapster background! After creating my super cool new Trapster background for my iPhone I felt sad that I was the only person that would benefit from this awesomeness.
So this leads me to where I sit right now. Writing a short blog post to share my cool new Trapster background. But wait, there’s more! (I’ve always wanted to say that, hehe) After creating my cool new Trapster background I went ahead and created a Droid, a BlackBerry, and a few other generic ones you can mush and mash to fit whatever phone you might have. Of course you need to have a phone with the customizable background feature.

Trapster has received a ton of coverage worldwide over the last year, from New York to San Fransisco to Australia and even Japan. We still never received much local coverage from our hometown of San Diego, till now. Team Wu, the Bull Run Season 3 champions, will be driving the Trapster cop car in this year’s world famous Bullrun rally starting July 9th in New York city and finishing July 16th in Las Vegas, Nevada. Team Wu has packed this year’s 2010 Dodge Charger with every gadget they have ever used for a rally, but when asked about Trapster Bill Wu responded:

Trapster Now Runs in the Backgound – iOS 4
Trapster 4.3 for the iPhone was released today on the app store. Some cool tidbits about Trapster, we were the first free app to use the background navigation API for iOS 4 and to top off today’s awesome release Trapster will hit 6.5 million users by the end of the day. BIG thanks to all our users, we couldn’t do it with out you!
This short tutorial of Trapster 4.3 running on the new iOS 4 below covers how to close Trapster completely, how to run Trapster in the background, why voting often is good, and new controls in the setting menu.

Top 7 Trapster User Blunders
Okay, we love you guys to pieces but be honest, how many of you can say they’ve reported a live police trap in the water? Or tested out the road hazard traps by placing one on top of the other in the same exact location until there was a pile so big Mt. Helen looked like a hill? Oh yes, and how about going around voting YES on every Live Police alert you receive just to make sure those police traps are noticed. Like I said we love you, we really do, but for the love of Trapster!!!
What I don’t think most Trapster users realize is that we review, research, and spend great pains and time going over all the data users, like yourself, enter. We want it to be accurate for everyone. Even you multiple trap reporters. We see them and want you to know we see them. In turn, maybe you’ll help us here at Trapster headquarters and make our life a little easier… maybe… if you like us that is. Don’t worry though you don’t have to like Sean. You can just like me. Trapster Passes 6 Million Users! Now 2nd Largest City in the USA

It was only last month Trapster announced reaching 5 million users, and today we are proud to announce Trapster has surpassed 6 million users worldwide! Now, that number sounds good on its own, but compared to the populations of all major U.S. cities, there is only one city’s population larger than the number of Trapster users, New York City.
