Trapster Passes 6 Million Users! Now 2nd Largest City in the USA

It was only last month Trapster announced reaching 5 million users, and today we are proud to announce Trapster has surpassed 6 million users worldwide! Now, that number sounds good on its own, but compared to the populations of all major U.S. cities, there is only one city’s population larger than the number of Trapster users, New York City. Over 5 Million Trapster Users Worldwide!

We have been devoted to providing users access to Trapster, regardless of where they live or what device they own. A huge milestone has been reached as we climb towards that goal. As of tonight Trapster has surpassed 5 million users worldwide. 2010 has witnessed a blitz of Trapster news coverage, from iTunes to jalopnik, Trapster has been averaging between 20-50,000 downloads a day. Thanks to a recent feature in the Android Market, we jumped the 5 million user mark. Read the rest of this entry »
